Reader Poem: Through the Chaos, We Breathe

The world spins fast, the days blur by, We laugh, we cry, we wonder why— Why the weight upon our shoulders grows, Why no one sees the highs and lows.
Exams and choices, friendships fray, Trying to find the words to say— To speak our truths, to take a stand, Yet feeling lost in shifting sand.
The mirror whispers silent fears, Dreams unravel through the years. Am I enough? Can I belong? Will I find where I am strong?
But then a light—a page, a voice, A moment where we have a choice. To breathe, to pause, to simply be, To let the world just wait and see.
TEEN BREATHE, a steady hand, A place where worries understand. Through ink and words, we rise anew, We find the strength we always knew.
And in the echoes of these pages, We hear the wisdom of the ages. You’re not alone, we walk together, Through stormy skies and changing weather.
So though the chaos swirls and grows, Though life still asks what no one knows— We take a breath, we stand so tall, Through every tear, we rise through all.
